Refund Policy

Readymade Sites offers refunds for eligible website launch purchases within 7 days of purchase. A refund is available only if the order has not been delivered.

Once a site is deployed and the order status is marked delivered, the product is considered delivered and standard refund requests are disabled.

If onboarding is not completed within 7 days, the refund window still ends 7 days after the original purchase date.

Technical-issue exceptions may be approved by the founder through the admin panel. These exceptions require an internal reason and are logged for audit.

Growth Plan cancellation stops future billing. The current month is not prorated.
